The CMAT 2021, a national-level MBA entrance exam, is scheduled for March 31, 2021, in two shifts. Shift 1 will be from 9 am to 12 or 12:30 pm, and shift 2 will be from 3 pm to 6 or 6:30 pm. Candidates will be informed of their exam shift through the admit card.

This year, NTA has introduced changes to the exam pattern based on the proposal of AICTE. A new section called “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” has been added, offering an extra 30 minutes for those who choose to attempt it. This section comprises 25 questions, totaling 100 marks.

Before the exam, candidates are advised to check the exam center and shift details on their admit cards and review the exam day guidelines.

For better performance in the exam, consider the following last-minute preparation tips:

  1. Focus on revising what you have already studied; avoid introducing new topics.
  2. Take mock tests to analyze your performance and build speed.
  3. Prioritize time for the Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation and Reasoning sections.
  4. Stay updated on current affairs for the General Knowledge section.
  5. Familiarize yourself with the new CMAT 2021 exam pattern, including the optional section on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

CMAT is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted by NTA, previously managed by AICTE, for admission to AICTE-approved MBA/PGDM colleges in India.
